Directions to Our Condo

Traveling By Air

South West Florida International Airport (RSW) is located in Fort Myers, FL and is only 28.5 miles (50 minutes) from Sanibel and our condo.

There is only one exit from the airport, follow that road about 2.5 miles to its end at a traffic light. Be in the Right-hand lane. This is Treeline Avenue.
Turn Right onto Treeline Avenue and follow signs for I-75 North. Continue about 2.5 miles to the next major intersection. This is Daniels Parkway.
Turn Left on Daniels Parkway heading toward I-75; proceed under the I-75 overpass.
After driving about 5.3 miles, be in the Center lanes. Where you cross over US 41 (South Cleveland Avenue), Daniels Parkway becomes Cypress Lake Drive.
Continue for 1 mile on Cypress Lake Drive. Move toward the Left lanes. You will see signs indicating the direction to Sanibel. You are approaching Summerlin Road.
Turn Left onto Summerlin Road and follow for about 7.9 miles. At this point Summerlin merges into McGregor Blvd. Continue another 1.9 miles to the Sanibel Toll Plaza.
Pass through the tolls onto the Sanibel Causeway. From here you should follow the “Once You're on the Island” directions.

Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 3 hours away but it is an easy drive. You will take I-275 South to I-75 South and then follow the "Traveling By Car" directions below.

Traveling By Car

Take I-75 at Exit 131, Fort Myers/Daniels Parkway (previously exit #21) heading West on Daniels Road.
After driving about 4.9 miles, be in the Center lanes. Where you cross over US 41 (South Cleveland Avenue), Daniels Parkway becomes Cypress Lake Drive.
Continue for 1 mile on Cypress Lake Drive. Move toward the Left lanes. You will see signs indicating the direction to Sanibel. You are approaching Summerlin Road.
Turn Left onto Summerlin Road and follow for about 7.9 miles. At this point Summerlin merges into McGregor Blvd. Continue another 1.9 miles to the Sanibel Toll Plaza.
Pass through the tolls onto the Sanibel Causeway. From here you should follow the “Once You're on the Island” directions.

Once You're on the Island

The Causeway is 3.4 miles long, after which you will approach a Stop sign. Bear to the Right and turn onto Periwinkle Way.
Stay on Periwinkle Way for about 2.7 miles.
Make a Left onto Tarpon Bay Road. Continue about 0.8 miles.
Turn Left onto West Gulf Drive. Watch on your Right-hand side for our Pointe Santo de Sanibel sign. It is only a few hundred feet after your Left turn.
Turn Right into the driveway marked "Entrance". The buildings will be on your Left. As you pass, watch for the parking space labeled B-37. It is on your left side next to B building, 2 spaces to the right of the path to the elevator.
We are on the 3rd floor, toward the right end of the building in unit B37.
